PRE-BOOKING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TOUR.
For private tours or custom tours please request Custom/Private Tours.
Participants are requested to be at the set meeting point 10 minutes before tour starts. No refunds will be made to participants who do not arrive in time.
The latest cancellation accepted with no penalty is 48 hours before the tour starts.
Mercurio reserves the right to change the programs in case of unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen it will immediately inform its customers.
Please remember churches do not allow bare shoulders and/or shorts.
Children must be accompanied by adults. Most tours are free for chilstren under 6. A reduction may apply for kids from ages 7 to 12. Please check tour details for further information.
Payment
You can pay your tours using the following methods:
a) on line, by Credit Card via PayPal Secure Payment System;
b) on site, by credit card or cash directly at the Selling Point of Amici del Turismo in Via Cavour 36/r, Florence;
c) by Bank Transfer / International Bank Transfer (at least 20 days in advance, details will be sent with your reservation confirmation).
For reservations submitted by on line form via SlowFlorenceTuscanyTours.com, please note you don’t have to pay anything until you receive a Reservation Confirmation from our Selling Point with further instruction for payment according to your preferences and availability for the selected tour(s).
